Just because we are in network or out of network does not guarantee they'll cover all costs. For insurance not listed, if we are out of network, we will still accept the insurance and verify the benefits if approved with prior-authorization.

Due to federal laws, we cannot legally discount or waive services when billing insurance, so out-of-pocket costs can accumulate. In an effort to make care more cost-effective, we offer a flat rate private pay rate covering all services. We encourage you to ask questions and be inquisitive, and we promise you to be clear, honest and upfront with all charges and billing. Each patient is given access to their portal, where they can see their bill, what their insurance is paying, and much more. 

Services are never rendered without full clarity with our pricing. Please consider a complimentary courtesy call to answer any questions you may have to determine if we are a good fit.

WHAT DOES MY INSURANCE COVER?

Insurance companies are unclear at best. Each plan is different, and we encourage you to call ahead of your visit to find out what your insurance covers. Following your first visit, we call your carrier and ask them to specifically give us as much information as they will provide. This helps us be upfront about our costs. We can get an idea but don’t fully know what your insurance covers until after your first claim is processed (about 2-3 weeks).

We never, under any circumstances, offer anything short of our best recommendations - Period. Some health insurances are not accepted because we don't allow insurance to dictate how we serve our patients. At Thrive, we offer a multifaceted array of treatments which may be different than traditional chiropractic.

 Should You Consider Paying Out of Pocket?

Many individuals have limited or no insurance coverage for chiropractic treatments at all. It may feel strange to pay our flat rate fee, but the savings can substantially add up.

Many people do not come close to their deductible. If you have a $2,000 deductible, you're essentially paying out of pocket until the deductible is met. By choosing to pay out of pocket with our flat rate fee, you can capitalize on savings. We offer this because insurance claims must go through a claims center, which takes a portion of collections. By paying us directly, we can discount the cost of our claims center. 

Until your deductible is met, why not capitalize on cash savings? Either way, your treatment is the same - you get the same value for solving your problem and knowledge of how to keep it in check, so why not pay less to solve it?

We accept credit cards for health savings accounts as well as cash.
